The cause of RedOctoberFactory and Barracks crashes

What's this do?

I read suggestions that bInitializeShadersOnDemand=False could be changed to True to help improve load times and prevent crashes when loading Barracks, so I used it and it worked fine, until this last patch (patch 4). Using this tweak with the new patch causes insane lag (from hell) when arty falls. I turned it off and now I have no arty lag.

I thought that was packet size, but it appears to be buffer size. Probably didn't do anything.
