I figured our sim-savvy and war-game loving RO2 forum crowd would dig this trailer:

Looks like fun. I love how it incorporates a top-down wargame-style mod in addition to on the ground combat and tank simming. Looks like a potential buy if it gets solid reviews.

i wouldn't expect anything else from such studios that commit so passionately to niche military games, and although of course they are best sorted i've come to expect them in titles like these as if they were part of the experience.

The fact that a studio is prepared to commit to a early 80s tank sim which includes representation of the iran-iraq war simply fills my heart with joy.

Exactly what I thought too, who else would think about Iran-Iraq or the Angola wars, just warms an old war-gamers heart :)

My biggest worry is the AI which in their other games, especially AP, has been flaky at times. Will post back with some impressions, but not sure how much time to play the next days.
