Default How do you use vote mod to vote change between whitelisted and non-whitelisted modes?

I'm highly interested in having multiple modes interchangeable by using the whitelisted vote mod -- I'm unsure of how to do so, however.

Typically, when you have a server running a non-whitelisted mod, it won't matter if you change to a whitelisted mod, because it will still detect the banned mod in your server's /system/ folder and thus make the server not whitelisted.

I'm interested in being able to change to different mods and have stats be able to be updated based on voting at the end of the map. I would like an explanation of how this is possible for those who already have their servers up and running and are familiar with the basics of dedicated servers and adding mods/basic editing of KillingFloor.ini and webadmin already.

I have heard if you set up the server to run each mode on different ports, it will make this possible -- I'm unsure how to do this, however. Any information would be greatly appreciated -- this would make the game much more fun and much less of a pain, not having to swap out files when they aren't applicable to that particular game mod and just being able to have them all residing in folders at the same time (whitelisted and non-whitelisted).
