To celebrate the fact Red Orchestra is still alive and kicking
and The AHZN Meatgrinder is more filled each day.
I decide to prepare Lazur for the 50 slot servers.
I'm to lazy to create a new map from scratch anyway.

Lazur was my first map with these tools and i learned
a little more since i released the first version of Lazur
I wasn't really satisfied with the gameplay so i hope this
will be better to.

Now i could do this quick by adding more playerslots or
it can be polished up to make it look a little better.
Adding new buildings, new inside areas new flanks and
better looks, at least i hope....

Have you got a complete list of planned changes?

- more intelligent way of building stuff ( original was noobstyle)
- Better lightning
- Better looking
- More space
- Custom signs and pictures
- More woman without moustaches
- Hope for better gameplay
- More detail
- Other capsequence
- More flanks
- More realistic looking industrial area
- More woman with cute faces
- Other skybox (no custom)
- Bigger basements

Can any of you communists tell me what is written on the skull sign.
I use it in the Generator building as i thought it had something to do
with electricity.

- More woman without moustaches

I will not play this version until there are women with mustaches at every turn. Weren't the women of Lazur famous for their hairy, dangling mustaches? Don't let the men bogart the 'staches--equal rights for women NOW!

Also, looks and sounds like great changes. Except for the lack of mustacheod women.

Good to here you're reviving this map, it's a shame that old Lazur isn't very popular now on the servers I play. It was great fun playing it - if we were able to overcome the first two capzones. ;) I hope you're going to give Russians a bit of flanking space there, with usual, public team it was hard to take them.
Also, I loved the chokepoint in corridor to the right - it was the most satisfying chokepoint ever, especially when you're holding PPD and looking at the backs of five Germans. :)

The picture of skull says exactly what Kant said - it's a warning to people not to enter. So it's 100% OK to use it near Electric plant. That and near a shelf with vodka rations.

There will be multiple flanks :)

An industrial complex with all these small and bigger corridors, rooms and
halways. With 6 objectives.

Good work then! Because that spot on the first picture really needed some alternative routes, and with adding more players to it, things wouldn't look very bright..
But now all should be fine, attackers should get less of those hopeless situations when only very small, but good coordinated team of Germans could completely stop them from advancing.

So, you sir are going the right way, imo. :)

I'm close to a playable testversion.
I hope to release it this week before i leave
for my Croatian vacation.

There are 6 capzones

first two without recap are the centerrail area and the eastrail area.
The next objectives are recapable

Once these are capped the fight for the Lazur warehouse area starts.
Then the fight for the chemical plant. Then follows the open field.
And the last Axis stronghold still is the Generator hall. Which is
bigger now.

The new bigger Generator Basement.
