Default AI issues and adjusting

Lets discuss about AI overall in this thread. I'll start..

I have some problems with the AI, for some reason the Axis wont attack. Russians defend the objectives and goes to defend area but Axis just runs around the spawn area.. I've checked the paths by pressing B. And it looks like everything is green to attack area. What can be the problem?

I'm not too experienced with AI stuff, but do you have a lot of covernodes and rallypoints to attract the bots to the objectives?

I've managed to have some great fights with AI, but for some reason the AI soldiers choose most stupid paths to objectives. Is there some way to priorise the rallypoints? sometimes they go 10 meters towards next, then turn back and choose different route to objective.

And about paths. I've seen some AI's to run into wall and try to run through it. I've checked the paths and they seems to be ok.

What is the best way to put rallypoints and what are the options to change them?

I believe there is a parameter in the rallynode properties called "weight" which you set between 0.0 and 1.0. This value reflects the (fractional) chance that the bot will go towards the node. So if you have two nodes in a certain area, and you want 50% of the bots to go towards the left and 50% to go right, you give both rallynodes a weight of 0.5. But maybe you have already done this and are still encountering problems; in which case, I don't know what to do either.
