Pre-purchase RO2 on Steam!

That's something that's unfortunately out of TWI's control. :(

I think, and I don't know this for any certainty, but I think you can have someone outside of Germany gift you the game through Steam where it isn't restricted.

Again, I honestly don't know for sure if that works. I think I've read about it working for some people but I don't have any experience with it.

I gifted my friend in Germany Red Orchestra. It got cut.
However, he has uncut Left 4 Dead 2 this way.

For all Australians:

Is this true?

http://store.steampowered.com/app/35450

I don't see any "Low Violence Version". I'm in browser and I don't see anything relating to no violence even though I've logged in and added RO2 to my cart.

Somebody prove this is true in Australia?

That was because you where in the US steam store.

Sorry if the question was already posted somewhere.

Just quick and easy.
There is 2 types of prepurchase on Steam. More or less the same price as a physical one.

My question is simple :
There is a ''deluxe edition'' on steam. Does TripWire earn MORE money if we purchase this one rather than the normal one, or the difference only goes in Steams pocket ?

Thank you so much for your answers.
And a big big big thanks for this second game !

Add in the end of the link:

Code:
/?cc=au - for Australia
/?cc=de - for Germany
And you'll see.

Btw, anyone can get & play the UNCUT versions of RO2: bit.ly/qGVMkH (shorten URL).

Preordered the Deluxe version second it was opened ;)

Though, TWI I expected that there would be an awesome trailer to bolster the sales? IMO you have to keep this game in Top 10 until the release and you can only do it with a steady stream of media and hype.

This. I was really hoping for a spine tingling trailer that shows a combined arms battle with tanks on fire, buildings exploding, screaming and general battle chaos. I'm sure one is on the way "soon."

That sounds great. But i live in Germany and can just buy the low-violence version like in "Ostfront: 41-45". But there was the alternative to buy the uncut boxed version. Is it also possible in "Heroes of Stalingrad" or have we to buy the cut version this time?
Do I have to pre purchase that game in stores later to have the same bonuses?
