k I posted like a week ago about the game loading but not going into the game
i made a steam support ticket they sent me an email then they didnt answer my question can enyone help me with this problem plz

Have you done a complete clean reinstall of RO on your system?

IE: Right click on RO, and select delete local files...

Then close steam, delete your steam clientregistry.blob, restart steam and redownload RO.

This will ensure that your system is (hopefully) running steam/RO builds that are not corrupt in any way.

did exactly what u said deleted the client registry .blob file redownloaded ro
started it up same thing happens

Still no response from Steam support? I really believe this is an issue on their end as the RO splash screen is not coming up for you.
