Default order chain on the map

Hello to all,As a squad leader or team leader , can we mark out - via Map - the position where we aim to gain or we have to move to the team members? it would be usefull if this not in the game - developer side -As team leader, you can order SLs first. SLs order the team, they have responsibility to managethanks for the repliesregards

You can give out objective orders using the commander's circle or you can give move commands to your squad (as SL) or the whole team (as TL). Is that what you mean?

AFAIK, pressing the "F" key while looking at a location, a SL/TL can order a squad action.

Is it possible to have the map open and move your cursor as commander where you want it and place marks on the map? I know you can do it on the battlefield but that is hard and takes time. Using F and marking where squad leaders should be on the minimap seems like a much better idea. Also, the ability to draw on the map would be useful too. Only TL will be able to and only squad leaders can see them. Then Squad leaders can relay the information to his squad. Also, bind the squad chat to something other than "p"....

Another idea is that besides being able to designate waypoints for each squad on the map. Maybe you can get +1 pt for going to the waypoint and completing objectives such as killing or capping.

For example, the TL can place a waypoint for squad 1 to go to this building. Then they perform their duties such as defend or attack. They get +1 pt when they kill near that way point.

Apparently in the initial stages of release TWI intended a system of receiving points for following orders the F1 to accept, F2 to decline (not sure if that still pops up). But alas, no, no points were given at the end of the day. So no real incentive to follow orders if you ask me

As a SL if Commander issues order you can press F4 to confirm or F5 to deny. A message pops u saying your choice but other than that nothing else comes of it.

Anyone who's played Team Leader on RO2 know it's quite a lot like herding cats...

So there's really no point in overcomplicating the orders system - maybe it would work for clan matches but I think those too are too fast paced for this stuff.

I still dream of a day where team leaders order their squad leaders to designated points on the map. Then squad leaders order their fire teams to points in the area they were assigned to. Then the members of the fire teams work together and decide who will do what in that area.

Made a thread about this few month ago, still think the possibility to set marks on the map like "Riflemen go here" or "Attack from this side" would be usefull, another thing is that the commander isnīt able to see which classes are in which squad and that didnīt help also!
