[Crash] Crash on startup after latest update

I'm getting the same problem, what a terrible patch lol, what was it even supposed to fix?
Heres some Windows crash details if that helps any, no crash dump is made in the logs folder...

This game is so buggy, every server is so laggy with 200+ pings, my Framerate with 6970crossfire and 1090XT OC to 4ghrz is between 20-30 on UE3 and now I cannot even play. I've asked Valve for a refund but they wont give me one unless it goes into my Steam wallet.....
So I'm just gonna have to put up with it and try to get my moneys worth.

Haha downloaded the patch, and now it crashes as soon as I try to launch. Every time. I literally can't play the game. Lovely
We never got patch notes for the the day 0 patch or the 2gb patch prior to that during the beta. The patch BEFORE that one had detailed patchnotes.
I'd like to see the changelists for all these patches.
