Hello.

Seeing as this is based in 1941/2.

The germans owned the skys over Russia at this time
so would there be Air support? Stuka dive bombers and such.

I could see this being over powerd alot so mabye it could be limited and could be used in realism campaign.

(and no UAVs)

1) Bombing an area that's crawling with your own guys, and where no pilot would be able to tell where the frontlines are, is very much frowned upon, Stalingrad was bombed prior to the battle, not durring.

2) Calling in air support on a whim did not exist untill the Vietnam conflict, it's a fairly modern concept, durring WWII air and grown cooperation was usually planned days in advance, not on the fly.

3) No, the Germans did not have full air superiority past the first few months of 1942, if they had, marauding IL2's woulden't have cost their supply lines as dearly as they did, and by 1943 the VVS was clawing it's way back with modern fighters and better pilot training.

4) The game takes place between the 23'rd of August 1942 and the 2'nd of February 1943, not 41/42.

5) Please to be searching forum, Comrade.
