[Error] Very Odd Graphical Glitches (Pics)

I've encountered all of these glitches multiple times and don't know what causes them. For certain ones, dying fixes them, other times I'll have to reconnect or restart the game.

I've encountered almost all of those besides the invisible tank graphical glitches. By any chance did you alt-tab out of the game and then back in before these issues starting happening really frequently? If I alt-tab out of the game and back in, they start occurring really often whereas if I don't, it is more infrequent, but still happens. I removed a couple graphical glitches from being consistent to infrequent by doing a "Verify integrity of game cache" check every so often on steam for RO2:HoS.

Yeah I have noticed when I alt-tab things get wacky lol. I constantly verify and defrag after every patch. Most of these glitches aren't really a problem except the blacked out scope one, other than that, they're amusing.

One glitch I didn't have time to screen cap before the guy got shot in the face was in the Russian sniping tower on Grain Elevator. A soldier had an AVT-40 and his character was facing backwards but his arms and the gun we're pointing out the window. It was kinda similar to the backwards firing MG34 screen cap I got.
