I think it's the engine that is too old. How many games are in 64bit and supports +4 cores? Consoles are holding gaming back =(

Sorry but that isn't game play. The cut scenes and such in games have been looking awesome for some time now.
TWIs team has the most experience in UE on top of the fact that they already got the licence for UE2.5 and UE3.
Switching Engine would require the team to relearn a lot of stuff as well as paying money for the new engine. Eventhough a game like RO2 would work much better on CE3 it would be a uneconomical decision and not something you can do just like that as a independent company
What he said Thats in-engine. So cut the crap talk about UT3 engine. UT engine as always is one of the most badass engines outthere.Thats rendered by the engine in real time, its not CGI like most awesome looking cut scenes
