I bought RO2:HOS the digital deluxe edition shortly after the release and now i still cannot use the German and soviet in Killing Floor. Am i the only one who's experiencing this problem and how can i fix this?
Well it's good and bad to hear that someone else is having the same problem. Since RO2 has just been released i think they are busy with fixing the bugs in that game maybe later they will fix this problem too.

Well I have been in touch with valve, i sent screen shots of my account showing i own digi deluxe RO2 - and that I have received my TF2 RO2 hats.
I do not have my day 1 RO2 content and I have no KF skins. So I can only assume its on tripwires end.

not that its the end of the world or anything - but I have just installed KF after some time away because of computer woes and find I too do not have the KF RO2 skins of nikolai and george.
i just bought this game earlier today myself for both the game itself and the KF characters. was disappointed when the characters on killing floor were not unlocked. but since it seems there are so many people having issues im hoping that it will be solved shortly. best luck to you all!
Thank you. Whatever you said to them now i have them and i only had to reinstall the game. I'm just guessing they would have worked if i only reinstalled it before.
