TWI Ladder Staff positions

As with any new venture such as this we will require new staff.

What follows is a list of staff positions we are looking to fill and the basic responsibilities of each of those positions.

Senior Admins

Responsibilities
Tournament, League and Ladder organization – both concept and completion
Setting rules
Setting server parameters
Major disputes
Team or player banning
Overview of all departments and final approval of all planned or ongoing operations.
Chair a once weekly meeting of all departments.
Chair a once monthly internal meeting of Senior Admins and TWI.

Section Admins

Responsibilities
Tournament, League and Ladder daily operations.
Minor disputes
Monitoring rule adherence
Monitoring matches
Monitoring Servers
Reporting cheats to cheat team
Attend a once weekly meeting of department with Senior Admins

Anti-Cheat Team

Responsibilities
Monitoring rule adherence
Monitoring matches
Monitoring Servers
Reporting cheats to Senior Admins
Liaising with PBbans , TWI, PB and vac where required regarding cheat detection and loopholes
Maintaining an upto date PB files for all servers.
Maintaining an upto date cvar check list for all severs
Attend a once weekly meeting of department with Senior Admins


Media Team

Responsibilities
Website maintenance
Website promotion
Tournament, League and Ladder promotion – both concept and completion
All Art work pertaining to all promotion and ongoing competitions.
Live streaming of matches with a regular commentator
Editorials
Player interviews
TWI interviews
Clan interviews
VIP interviews
Liaising with TWI regarding new media coverage.
Attend a once weekly meeting of department with Senior Admins.

Not presently as we are still working on the site and forums but we do need more staff.
