[Crash] 1 week and can't launch game ...

I have tried everything... re install after deleting local content, let it run, updated all my drivers, and more. It still freezes on the loading screen and won't open no matter how long I wait. I really hope someone from Tripwire can offer advice or anything, I gave them my money and enjoyed the hell out of the game for about 2 days. Please help

There is a tweak on this forum to skip al intro`s.
Maybe this will help.

- delete all maps of the beta version out of your windowsexplorer.
also out of your documents.
- verifying your game in steam.
- clean your registry
- check your pc on spy and malware
- defrag your harddisc
- did you put the right settings in steam? for example the connection?
- use the tweak to skip the intro`s.

It could be silly but, do you know if other games on your pc do not start?
I say this because my old computer had broken windows 7 ( I don't know how it had messed up) and then various programs didn't start due to windows errors.....the only solution had been format
