I'm around 60fps (v-sync on), dips to around 45fps on occasion, but that's after I put my resolution up to 2560x1600 :)eek:).

I have everything maxed except shadows are on medium and all the check-boxes under the sliders on the right are empty (off). Enhanced PP, zero AA. It looks bloody superb, though there are definitely graphical issues with the soldiers. In some indoor locations they just look oddly pale and there is a kind of white-edge around them. Been like that with all the various graphics settings I've tried.

Asus P8P67 Pro Mobo
2500K CPU @ 4.5Ghz
Corsair H50 CPU Water Cooler
8Gb DDR3 DC RAM @ 1600mhz
GTX580 3072MB VRAM Graphics
Dell 30" Monitor
xFi Extreme Gamer Sound
Corsair Force 120Gb SSD
OCZ 700W PSU
W7-64

Seeing 80%+ GPU useage, card temp hits 67-degrees.

40 to 65 FPS Here

1920x1080

Ultra models and textures
High other things
low shadows
No AA
No Bloom

Looks pretty good to me.

Phenom 965 @ 3.6Ghz
Asus M3A78-EM (AM2+)
2x2Gigs Ram DDR2-800
GTX260-216c Stock.

As I said, I am usually at minimum 40fps, average 50+ and peak at 65 so the game runs nice and smooth.

I did reproduce the issue however... when I got greedy, I installed MSI Afterburner... and Overclocked slightly the GTX260... Not by much.

It started getting hick-ups and 3 to 20fps...
After I uninstalled MSI Afterburner... 3 to 20fps for the first 2 minutes then snapped back to my normal 40 to 65

I think it can be software / driver related as people with almost identical specs have totally different results.

performance is very different depending on resolution
64men server,settings on medium
it goes from 92FPS (1280x1024) down to 28FPS (2560x2048)

i usually run on ultra (and DOF disabled) with 4xMSAA in nvdrivers in 1612x1292 at 40FPS

System:

S1156 Gigabyte P55 UD3 Mainboard
4GB 1600 DDR3 ram
core i5 750 quadcore running at 3.8Ghz
Nvidia GTX260 with 896MB running at 730Mhz

Using custom settings (mainly just turned AA off) with a screen resolution of 1920x1080

Win7 x64
i7 875k @ stock 2.93Ghz
HD6870 1GB @ stock speeds
8GB @ 9-9-9-24

Performance isn't perfect, but the game is definitely playable under nearly all circumstances. Running through a few smoke grenades with several other people reduces performance noticeably, but that's the only time I've noticed poor performance. I typically don't display FPS as the feel and perception is the important thing, not the number.

Win 7 x64 sp1
Q9550 @ 3.6
Asus P5Q SE/R P45
6 Gigs DDR2 1066
GTX 470 @ 750 core - Driver 280.16
Auzentech X-Fi forte.

Ultra Settings, High Shadows, MLAA, 1920x1080 resolution, hardware physics on.

Nvidia Driver Details:
  • single monitor performance mode
  • 1 frame render ahead (default is 3)
  • Highest texture setting (disables performance filters)
  • PhysX set to GPU
  • Vsync force off
  • AA enhace x8
I get 40-74 frames on a 64/64 server. Average is closer to 60 now.
It does drop down to 30 for a second or two especially at the start of a map or round, but immediately get back to around 60 again.
