Why wont my red orchestra start?

I Just bought red orchestra 2 and i bought it off steam it downloaded like normal and then i do everything

then i launch the loading screen pops up then it closes game dosnt start plz message me back

Have you tried verifying your game files?
right click on RO2 in your Steam list > properties > local files > verify integrity of game cache

If there's any missing or corrupt files, Steam will redownload them. I hope this helps.

I purchased through Steam also. I verified the game cache, Steam said " 1 file failed to validate and will be reacquired" and I relaunched the game with the same result. It freezes at the initial GOTY screen. Task manager states "ROGame.exe is not responding" I have verified the game cache several times with the same result. Steam updates it every time, but it still freezes, what the hey?

I have reinstalled the game 3 times, btw and have other games through Steam with the same engine.

having it say there's a file missing, when verifying the cache, is a common thing. mine says it's missing a file every time as well. but it plays just fine. that's not your problem.
you need to post your dmp file in the "crashing at splash screen" thread. there is also lots of possible fixes for the problem in that thread. hope you find one that works for you. the game is worth the trouble. i wish i could help you more.
