[Tuning] Interrupt reloading

Interrupt reloading when meleeing/change weapons would be great.

Sometimes when I am reloading behind a corner, some guy comes running around the corner, and im like lalalala reloading and can do nothing but wait until he shoots me in the face.

Indeed, I've experienced this myself both in SP and MP, hopefully they guys at Tripwire will add some more functions like this one when they've got most of the bugs solved.

At the moment I don't think this is a really "emergency" thing that needs to be fixed right away (there is more urgent things like the training mission bug, stats and achievements) but it would be a nice function, I agree with you on that
