I voted NO. Current system of antitank warfare is really wrong (i. e. overpowered german ATR), but adding a new rifle, with so small penetration value will not make it better. Maybe in the future with light tanks, but it will be usuless in this moment.

I said against the light tank to be used the PzB 39 and not to destroy medium tanks can be distracted for example, damage the periscope or it will harm the primary gun with multiple shots. Something like that.
