It is in RO1, I'm pretty sure it isn't in RO2 (disclaimer: I don't lean much; no room for leaning when you're high-speed low-drag with a PPSh). You lean your whole upper body around by shifting your CoG, not simply tilting it. This is better for recoil absorption as well as weapon function and accuracy. Weapons do not like being canted over on an angle.

nope,. while prone, if you lean, you cant your weapon a full 90 degrees

would be great if some1 catchs you off guard while prone, especially when u see a nade roll up right next to ya
