Dose'nt bother me, I prefer to play as the teams Officer co-ordinating attacks / defensive manouvers via microphone. I love it when people listen to orders and respond with discipline, I love it when the team comes together as one and works as a unit.

When I adminned my clan's Call of Duty 1 (2003) server I banned for SS and nazi glorification names. Just to piss them off.
