KF_Mod mismatch

I'm getting this error message whenever i try to connect to a game. Any solutions?

A file mismatch implies that either your server isn't fully up to date, or your game isn't... the files are different on the server and client.

verify your game cache, it should find something not matching and send you the correct file.

I am having the same problem, my error is

unable to launch URL KFmod

or something like this

how do I verify my cache?

I don't think its a problem on the server's end, I think its mine because I cannot get into any servers what so ever.
