Need help with creating web admin groups

I need help creating users with different admin privileges. The option seems to be greyed out in my web admin.

Change it to this:
AccessControlClass=XAdmin.AccessControlIni

I changed that variable and I am no longer able to log in to the web interface with the admin credentials. Is there a separate user data base file it pulls from?

Yes, the "fix" also disabled my webadmin, it wont accept my user/pass.

Now once in the webadmin, change the Admin password. If you don't, then anyone can access it. Believe it or not, that happens all the time....

I've tried using Admin as the username and password but the login box just keeps popping up. I also can't log in as admin in game anymore. Any idea what this could be?
