Show reinforcements as a percentage, not raw number
In general discussion forum there is an argument over map balance where reinforcement counts are being used as the primary measure of whether a map is balanced or not.
If the reinforcement counts were displayed as a percentage rather than as a raw number, people wouldn't get distracted as much. Instead, when they looked at map balance they'd consider win/loss rates and playability - which are much more important than raw starting reinforcement levels anyway.
As an example, when people looked at map balance in RO1 and DH, they talked about who tended to run out of reinforcement and who tended to win the map, and didn't get stuck on who started with more reinforcements in hand. This led to much better-quality discussion on map balance (in my view anyway).
