So, hey all! Having a blast playing through this here Halloween event, some friends convinced me to buy the game and it's been some insane fun. -BUT-, I for the life of me cannot get the last achievement for my commando chicken suit. I am stuck on Bedlam Long/Hard.

As I type this post, I am in a game that I solo'd to the final round. This is the fourth time I've done this and I've always died to the Patriarch. If anyone, ANYONE, can give me some tips on how to kill this guy.. I have Lvl 3 Berserker, and Lvl 3 SS. I literally have no clue how to take him down. I've tried Pipe bombs into AA spam to the face, blowing myself up with pipe bombs >.>....I just can't win!

So, yeah. Called in a friend to help, he just stood there and got killed. Pat went over two pipe bombs, unloaded two clips of AA in his face. Killed shortly after, not to mention that he knocked all my health and armor away in one hit from his rocket attack thing.

I did make it to level 4 berserker through my endless tries though. I guess that's something out of the whole thing.

Step 1: Get al lvl 6 Demo
Step 2: At Wave 11 everyone joins Spectator (not important, but its saver that way)
Stap 3: 8 Pipes at 2 different Enterances to a Hallway or a Room
Step 4: Demo waits.
Step 5: Win.

It's a dirty way to do it, but its nearly fail-proof.

Chainsaw!

Everyone go Berserker and buy chainsaws. Surround him and either left click or alt-fire. He gets trapped.

I'm not joking, this is the only way I could end up killing him. It's the "cheap" method but I was tired of him killing me.

Try getting the whole team to go sharp with crossbow's. If the whole team continually shoots him in the head with the crossbow he should take damage very quickley.
If you are trying to solo then go Beserker with a xbow and a katana, shoot him in the head with the xbow and run away with the katana out if he starts to attack/run at you. While running away, shut every door behind you by pressing "E" right before you walk through them, eventually he will get stuck, at which point you should turn around and start to shoot him in the head again untill he begins to run, then you repeat the process. With enough practice you can solo the patriarch on any difficulty(with a bit of luck).

true. one of the best ways to kill that thing. pipes are realy powerfull. proof: http://kf-wiki.com/wiki/Pipe_bomb

(even tho lvl 6 is hard to reatch)
