Voice command keys for Russians give wrong voice command

If I bind keys for voice commands, they won't work when I'm playing Russian, only when I'm playing German. The voice command that is played is not the one I've binded to the key. For example it might yell "Sniper!" when I want to yell "Grenade!" or stuff like that.
