Coop Mode and another questions

I read before buy the deluxe edition in the steam's shop that RO2 will have cooperatives modes, but actually it doesn't exist, so i want know if it will be in the future (and i want know the aproximate date too)

And the last one, in RO1 was easy create a server for friends in the game menu, it will be in RO2 in the future?
