[Error] Game Won't Load At ALL!!!

Okay, so, i've downloaded all the updates, validated the game, and i went to use punkbuster, i realise that it doesn't yet work with the game, so removed that ect.
The game has never worked, it opens the "play, reinstall.." only when i open it via disk, if i open it via steam or desktop icon, it will launch the first image you see "loading image thing" and that's all, the disk doesn't make a sound, nothing is processing, pretty much frozen as soon as it launches.
I've updated absolutely everything, and my computer meets all the game requirments.
My OS is Windows 7 and i have 'really really' fast internet ;\
PLEASE HELP ME!
