Promotion level issues

Not that I care about such things (okay, I care a LITTLE, otherwise I wouldn't be posting this) but I've been stuck on level 29 for about a week and a half. It's been telling me that I need 45 more points until my next level for about the last 50 rounds I've played (and I average around 50-60 points per round.)

Is there something I'm doing wrong here? Any advice or pointers will be appreciated.
