Default horrible FPS

I get 5-10 FPS no matter what settings I choose, from ultra all the way down to lowest with everything turned off.

Specs:
Windows Vista 64-bit
Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Quad CPU Q8200 @ 2.33GHz
8.0 GB Ram
ATI Radeon HD 4850

Any ideas?

I have an ATi HD5770 and it peaks at ~40% activity and normally is at ~35% ingame but apparently ATi have been given the game so they can test for the problem. Hopefully they can get a fix out soon

Here are my specs:

CPU: AMD Phenom(tm) II X4 955 Processor (4 CPUs), ~3.2GHz
RAM: 4096MB RAM
HDD: 1 TB Total
Graphics Card: XFX ATI Radeon HD 4890 XXX 1GB
Operating System: Windows 7 Professional 64-bit

I am getting pretty much 30-40 fps but sometimes dips to 15-20 when looking at alot of action in fallen fighters in the middle of the map with any setting low, lowest, medium, high. I also checked my GPU activity and it seems to stick around 20-30%.

Quite the same setup as I have, expect a different card. To my understanding, their trying to solve the issues with AMD about the AMD/Ati card perfomance stuff. I can run at ultra, with a decent 50-63 fps. But I lowered the shadows to medium. Still, I don't think it's using the gpu 100%, which is isn't good. Lets indeed hope this will be fixed.

Well Gpu usage should increase when using higher settings, it doesnt go above 70 % with max settings. I think this game has some cpu optimazation problems because its capping gpu.

I have 2500k 4,2 ghz and when recording video i get terrible fps and gpu usage drops to 40 %. How its possible because there is no another game that can drop fps below 60 when recording?

Game uses 2 x 40 % of my cores and 2 are only at 20%, so there is plenty of cpu power to record videos. Like example Bc2 takes all my 4 cores to 70 % and still my fps stays at 60 when recording.

Here are my specs:

CPU: AMD Phenom (tm) II X4 840T Proccessor (4 CPUS), ~2.9 ghz
Memory: 4096 MB RAM
HDD: 1 TB Total
Graphics Card: AMD Radeon HD 6450 <--low end card
Operating System: Windows 7 Professional 64-Bit

I get 13-16 FPS with most things on Ultra at 1680x1050. I tried medium but there isn't much change in fps so I just stay with Ultra. My gfx card is low end but surely the FPS wouldn't be this low with an *FAIL*-> outdated engine. <-*FAIL* (Vsync is off and shadows are on low, etc...)

Your system can't handle ultra. No point in using it.

When I enter the game, I got over 60 FPS in main menu.
When I play in the server, I got 40-60 FPS in game.
The problem is: After I play about twenty minutes in the server, the FPS will suddenly drop to 20 FPS(not only in game, but also in main menu), and unable to return to previous frame rate, no matter I set the option to High or Low. It just can't return to normal FPS unless I quit the game and launch again. Does it have anything to do with the so called memory leak ? Sorry for my bad English.
