[Error] Weapon Disappeard

Hey there, was playing today on the appartment maps when i was switching through my weapons fast, i had a pistol and was switching, but then the pistol just disappeard like you can see here



i was not able to switch to another weapon after this, it just show me the pistol hand without pistol, while i still had enough ammo and 1 grenade left.

sorry for my bad english, didn't learned it in school well
