Wont Download anything

My friend bought me Killing Floor on steam a few days ago. When I it finished installing it said "Steam Servers are busy BLAH BLAH BLAH". Ive done everything to try to fix it. I deleted the NCF file and it still doesnt work. Can someone please help cause i wanna play with my friend.

check the video under "steam and others." do like your getting told in the vid and it should be piece of cake. ofc the folders arent at the same spot since you use a mac. but what the steam folder contains should be nonethe less the same
