Is there a way to export the models and textures like you can in Killing Floor?

C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\the ball\UDKGame\CookedPC\CharTextures.tfc

C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\the ball\UDKGame\CookedPC\Textures.tfc

Not sure what is in the second one just called Textures, but the first one, as stated in it's name, is the textures for the characters [:
