Default RO2 Release Date delayed 2 weeks to 13 Sep 2011

We have to announce that the release date for Red Orchestra 2: Heroes of Stalingrad is shifting back two weeks to September 13, 2011. While we understand the fans are clamoring to get their hands on the game, we felt we needed the extra two weeks to get it right and add the extra polish the game (and the players) deserve.

To answer a few questions/comments (and so it doesn't get lost in the forums): And that was raising as many questions as it answered, so I'll shut up now

U just kidding us right? Hello? We living in the Internet Age... bring it after Release with a ****ign Patch, where is the Problem! That PPL can play 2 Weeks without Polish i think, but WE cant live 2 Weeks More WITHOUT RO2! Come on we waiting many Years for that Game....and NOW after Pre Ordering has startet u push the Release 2 Weeks only for polish? Wtf where is the Problem to bring it after Release with a Patch? Thats really ridicolous.....

People think it this way: If Killing floor were more polished before it was released it would have gotten much better ratings by critics. It was damn buggy! At least there is beta & hopefully it is before August 30th!

Thanks for the notice, and take your time Tripwire to bring RO2 up to snuff--up to September 13, then git to shippin'!

In my mind, you can take a little more time, as long as you don't cut features out now and then charge for them later as DLC.

No need for swearing or cursing please! I understand it. I better want a game who is polished enough then a game with game- breaking bugs.

Thank you for sharing the news.
