Cant use exposé once game starts?

is it somehow possible to enable the mac expose?

When im playing other games on steam it still works, just not with killing floor. not even comannd + Tab works.

Or is there any other methods you guys know off that will let me allow me to minimize the game and go back to the desktop?

Alt Enter is the unreal engines way of putting the game into a window. From there you should be able to minimize it.
