Default [help] doors and glass

Hello,

im new to KF mapping and i would like to ask about 3 things:
(sorry for my english)

I created two doors and connected them to trigger via tag name.
I did it like this:
Shaped brush - added texture - converted to static mesh - added into map as static mesh via KFDOORMOVER option in menu - edited tag name to "mydoor" - clicked key 0 - key 1 - moved it - clicked key 2 - key 0 - cloned it and placed somewhere else in map, with same tag and everything, just different moves set in keys - added usetrigger - set event to "mydoor" - build all - and hopped into game

When i press this trigger, both doors open and close no problem, but i cannot weld them for some reason.. why not?

Second problem:

I would like to create normal door, with open/close triger attached to them, but palced somewhere else (like wall or something) and when they are closed (not welded just closed) specimens will have to destroy them to get trough (and these doors will have some HP or something set, to determine how hard it will be for specimens to get trough)

And last question, i tried to create plain old breacable glass, nothing special, but failed horribly each time, do i need to use some special actor for it or something?

Totally awesome would be, if you could create some quick map file with these things in it and upload it somewhere if its not asking too much.

Thank you for any advice!
