Being able to see yourself

Very few games have this, but I like the idea... is when you aim or look downwards you can see your legs/feet etc. (depending on how much they would make available to see). Would add a small amount of realism depth that few games bother to add. Not to the extent where you can shoot yourself in the foot, it doesnt really do much for actual gameplay mechanics but its just a thought.
