3rd person emotes and voice over cues

One thing I think would be really cool if implemented well if for characters to have some extra animations and voice clips that are event specific. Like when your team is victorious everyone gives a little cheer and fist pump.

Or if you are tanking with a few people and have raked up 10 or so kills the tank commander could say something epic to let the crew know they are doing well. I'm not sure how well this would work with RO's translated text UI though. Maybe instead of red/blue side text that is not fully translated ( ie *insult*) it could have movie style dialogue at the bottom (white and centered).
