Really cool fracture feature in the UDK

Hey all, this was passed on to me from Hypnotoad.

YouTube - Unreal Development Kit Fracture Test - UDK

An amazing video showing a feature in the UDK. I could only imagine the awesomeness of this being in RO2 or one of its mods, if it's not too strenuous on the server.

Thoughts?
