Can anyone show me a picture of the 90 Degree Angle

I don't really understand when players say that they have a nice "90 Degree Angle" or a "Right Angle is the best"

Can someone please show me using a picture from in-game... Thank you.

basically, it means a perfect straight on view of one side of an object. like a right angle towards the side of the tank would mean a perfect view of the side of the tank, not an angled one.

Yes it is at this angle that shells will penetrate most often.

If you are in a tank, try to have the enemy at either 10.30 or 1.30 on the little clock in the bottom left - this will mean your tank is well angled and that shells are less likely to penetrate.
