hi are there a command for shutdown or restart server by console?

Log in as admin and try:

admin quit

This will reset your server.

Not exactly. It will shut down the server, but it will not restart unless you have an automatic restart script. Otherwise you have to restart it by running the command line or using whatever web interface your host might have.
