I appreciate the update, but can't help but wonder why TW decided to release it when there's supposed to be a major patch coming soon. Was this an attempt to fix old bugs and glitches in preparation for the new patch?

Or we finally found out what was causing the hang issue, and we wanted to patch it right away.

This part is important. It was rather annoying to have to wait 3 minutes to load a map with an i9 processor and a very good ATI card.

And the fact that you would level up in an hour is irrelevant?

But yeah, Im sure TW will allow perks in the mutators later on, but just not leveling up. The mutators are just temporarily broken, lol.

I have played some games and it seems that the hang bug is fixed or greatly improved

****ing A! A damn good job was done too, I've had no map hang since and according to all the friends who I played alongside, neither have they. Roll on with the content/balance patches

They are fixed, but they are no longer whitelisted.

I've updated my linux dedicated server to the latest version (the update that just changed kfmod.u and kfmutators.u) and the specimen mutators appear twice in the mutators list. Is it just me?
