I think the steam store is overloaded and glitching. Only thing I can suggest is contacting steam support.

Just bought it at £7.50. Price went up from £3.75 though :P

I'm not normally into these kind of shooters, but I've played it a bit and it's fun as hell. You'd think it was a newer engine too.
