[Request] anti pipebomb / restrict ammount

Hi everybody!

I run a KF - Pandorium Server and i need to stop the players from spamming pipebombs.

Some possible solution is allow only once to buy pipes per round.
Another solution is to prevent to buy pipebombs.
But the best solution in my point of view is to keep a trace of buyed -> placed -> explodes pipebombs to limit the ammount.

Any way of help or mod ?
