Default Huge bug.

I have a huge glitch with my copy of KF. The menu graphics (The specimens you see on the main menu and map loading screens) are really blurry, and so is the Tripwire Interactive logo when you start up the game. All maps take a REALLY long time to load, despite me already having downloaded them, and the game is prone to random bouts of freezing with no apparent reason. Some in-game textures are missing too, such as the Stalkers cloaking. (I see them as not being cloaked at all.) And blood textures are very glitched; They're all the same shade of black. This is really annoying for me considering how much I like this game. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling via Steam, I've tried verifying the files on Steam, creating a backup on Steam, and I've defragged the game caches. Still the same major game errors occur.

So yeah.. Anybody have any ideas on what to do? :/

What specs? Sounds like you're running on the lowest detail.
You could try running in DX8 instead of DX9 if you have an older gpu

KillingFloor.ini under [Engine.Engine]
change
RenderDevice=D3D9Drv.D3D9RenderDevice
;RenderDevice=D3DDrv.D3DRenderDevice
;RenderDevice=Engine.NullRenderDevice
;RenderDevice=OpenGLDrv.OpenGLRenderDevice
;RenderDevice=PixoDrv.PixoRenderDevice

to
;RenderDevice=D3D9Drv.D3D9RenderDevice
RenderDevice=D3DDrv.D3DRenderDevice
;RenderDevice=Engine.NullRenderDevice
;RenderDevice=OpenGLDrv.OpenGLRenderDevice
;RenderDevice=PixoDrv.PixoRenderDevice

Hehe... Funny that you have the same problem I used to have, thought I was the only one.
I fixed it though. KF was not responsible for the corrupt/bad looking graphics, the ATI graphics' card drivers were. I wouldn't remove the old driver before updating, I was just installing the new one over it.
Here's the neat tutorial which saved me:

Best of luck.
