Default " UCGeneric " problem's!!

Hello all and thanks in advance for any help you can give me here!

Firstly I'm a newbie with the unreal ed and whilst I have made a few maps already by following tutorials and advice from forums, I have a bit of a problem with the new map I'm designing!

I'm probably wrong here but I figured that if wanted some new textures and meshes, then I could copy the files I need from UT2004, place them in their respective killing floor folders and that would be it..as all seems to be well using these in the editor and map looks great! however whenever I hit the play map button in the editor to test the map and check for problems it comes up with an error message that says:-

( Failed to enter Autoplay.rom?Numbots=0: Can't find file for package "UCGeneric"

What am I missing here? This never used to happen so I can only assume it's something to do with using the tex and mesh from Ut2004! is killing floor's engine not able to use the mesh and tex from 2004, or have i just gone about something the wrong way?

hope you can help.........thanks

It gets worse..lol, I closed the editor earlier now when I reopened it I got error message in the editor that say:-

The following resources were not found when loading the map. Any references to them were set to NULL

WARNING: If you save the map now, these references will be saved as NULL>

MISSING FILES:

CubeMaps
UCGeneric

What on earth is going on...CubeMaps????? LOL . I'm totally lost now, not sure if I should save the map when close editor or not....Making my head hurt!!!!!!!!!

It's missing a texture pack that's being used in the map. UCGeneric.utx can be found in UT2004/textures. And personally I never use the play button in the UED. Just launch up the game and start if from there. And remember you can find more information in the log file in /system.

CubeMaps is a package from UT2004 as well.

Don't use UT2004 assets, lol. Sounds harsh, but that's what you get for stealing content.

Save your map somewhere, if you want to keep it and then reinstall KF (including manually deleting the Killingfloor folder before you install it again) and go on without UT2004 assets. If you need something specific, open UT2004's UnrealEd, export it, (modify it so much that you feel comfortable passing it off as your own) and then import it in KF's UnrealEd.
