In Game Admin Help Please

*sigh* I need help please. I rented a KF and all is awsome for me except I just can't seem to login as admin while playing

The only part of my config file I changed to reflect was this

[Engine.AccessControl]
AdminPassword=Dopefiend1
GamePassword=
bBanByID=True

In game I hit ` key for the console type

adminlogin Dopefiend1

nothing happens however. I must not be doing it right. I realise its mundane to take forum space for this but I have tried reading around and just can't seem to get this one simple thing. Thanks for any help
