KF Whitelist Mutator Suggestion List

In this thread, I am asking for suggestion for mutators that should be whitelisted (ie: server will still retain the ability for perks and achievements to be progressed and earned). Mutators for this list in theory should not make huge changes to gameplay or make specific things easier (such as earning achievements).

To make things easier, these should also be a "final" version of the mutator so we don't have to keep re-adding it to the list.

Please make your suggestions in the posts below and add a link to the file along with a description of what it does. Also we will need source code (this can be private) of KF specific mutators to make sure they aren't trying to bypass security and doing other "nasty" things, so a way to contact the developer on mutators like that should also be posted.
