still no detail (everythings black)

so i made sure all my drivers were updated and i uninstalled and reinstalled the game 3 times and im still getting this problem where my weapon, zombie, and temamates are all in black unless i use my flashlight. does anyone know what to do to fix this problem i really want to enjoy this game. this never happened to me before and iv got cs:s, tf2, and l4d on this computer and never had any problems like that. so any help would be appriciated
