Default Game is screwed

Im reading the port forwarding stuff and this sounds like a cop out to me, its as bad as telling people to end all unessasary proccess its like a stock answer from tech support intsall the latest drivers blah bloddy blah.
i have all ports open nat off which puts me at risk but i had to try anyway still getting all the problems that everyone else is getting. If i do manage to join a game after 30 secs everyone is walking into walls although i can still move around.
I host a game people can join but drop off one by onethe ones that dont dont seem to be able to move they are stuck solid and soon get hammered i also some times get into servers where the game has alrerady started so me and others are stuck in the lobby while they play, is it not possible to drop into a game and if not can we atleast spectate till the next round. Please fix the game and dont give us any bs scripted answers like we get from every single company out there EA being the worse for it.
EDIT

Also like to add straight after the release it worked fine i had 2 games no probs then it started syaing warning to play on this server you need to enable stat trak would you like to create password and login account now if you click yes it takes you to the optins screen with the internet stuff like dsl/cbl but no stat trak
